Conference fee

Conference fee: EUR €700

 

The conference fee includes paper publication in the conference proceedings, all meals, accommodation (May 04 – 08), coffee/tea breaks, conference dinner, and participation in additional events.

 

Payment

The total amount to be paid for the conference (participation and accommodation) will be displayed in the participant’s profile after logging in. Please note that the conference fee must be paid no later than 15 March 2026.

 

Early Bird Registration

For participants who complete their registration and payment by 20 December 2025, the conference fee will be €670.
